• Doorstep Location Data: To dispatch local service partners to the correct quarter or house, we capture doorstep coordinates. This is done via your active browser GPS or when you confirm your location pin on our interactive Leaflet maps.

• Partner Verification Records: For Service Partners, we collect government-issued identity documents (such as Aadhaar, PAN or any other identification document as required) to securely verify identity and maintain safety standards.

• Delivery Verification: We verify the location coordinates of Service Partners during job completion to confirm doorstep arrival and accurate service completion.

• To Dispatch Services: We use address coordinates strictly to match you with nearby service partners and coordinate their travel to Bistupur, Sakchi, Sonari, Kadma, Mango, Baridih, or other Jamshedpur zones.

• To Verify Doorstep Arrivals: Service partner coordinates are checked at job completion to verify they have arrived and completed the service at the registered location.

• To Build Platform Trust: Selected reputation indicators (such as completed jobs count and ratings) are displayed to customers to incentivize quality performance and build mutual trust.
